Our office is located in Huntington Beach, CA and our warehouse is located in Los Angeles (Gardena, CA).
Poles are shipped by UPS ground, or can be picked up from our warehouse (24 hours notice required) Mon-Fri between 8:30am-4:30pm.
Customers who wish to pick up from warehouse must complete check-out online as no payments are processed at the warehouse facility. A valid email address must be provided, as you will receive an email with pick up info, as soon as your order is received. If the product does not meet your satisfaction, you are welcome to reject it and your refund is made within 48 hours.
